FILM RESTORATION AND CONSERVATION
L'Immagine Ritrovata is a highly specialised film restoration laboratory, founded and developed through an initiative of the Fondazione Cineteca di Bologna, Italy.
L’Immagine Ritrovata Asia is a wholly owned subsidiary of L’Immagine Ritrovata The opening of the Asia office in Hong Kong enables us to build closer ties with the Asian archives and to foster new opportunities in the region. In addition to liasing with clients in the region, the Asia laboratory will focus on film digitization of picture and sound using the best available technologies like the Arriscan wet gate and Sondor Resonance optical sound scanner; the digital files will be sent to the Bologna facilities for further restoration work.
